You Should Eat Fab Food

Fab Foods These are my must-have food. I eat them so much as I can every day. It helps that I love them, so it’s a treat, not a chore.

Yogurt: It’s full of calcium (400 mg. Per cup), which is proven to help burn fat and weight loss, plus protein (8 grams per cup) promotion, which helps your body build muscle. One cup has as much potassium as a banana. The potassium flushes sodium from that frees you from liquids and bloat. It also contains lecithin, which promotes digestion. The yogurt contains probiotics that strengthen the immune system and friendly bacteria that break down toxins and help your body more vitamins, minerals, and proteins absorb. Make sure you read the labels carefully and choose only those who live and active cultures and no added sugar or high fructose corn syrup have.

Berries: raspberries, blueberries, cranberries, blackberries, anything with the word “berry” at the end of it. They have tons of vitamins C and E, fiber and antioxidants. The fiber fills you up, curbs cravings, and helps eliminate toxins and fluids. Antioxidants give you glowing skin, shiny hair and strong nails. They improve memory and well brains function (for remembering names on that special occasion!).

Oats and whole grains: oatmeal, barley, oat bran, brown rice, rye, and quinoa are a perfect combo of fiber, protein and complex carbs. They are also rich in magnesium and potassium. The fiber keeps cravings at bay and send metabolism, so it will have a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast the morning peak you love. Sprinkle on cinnamon, which you reach for a sugary, mid-morning snack will keep.

Spinach: It’s full of vitamins B6, fiber, protein (which? Knew), calcium, lecithin, vitamins A, C, K, iron, and coenzyme COQ. It also has magnesium, which helps your body absorb vitamin D, and prevents fatigue and depression. The majority of women have severely low levels of vitamin D, which is serious problem for your bones can do. I suffer from low bone density so I’m very vigilant about getting enough vitamin D and calcium. The spinach has a high water content, for the leaching of toxins and excess fluids is large. The chlorophyll sends slimming diet by helping to heal and detox the liver so it can break down toxins and rinse.

Bye, bloat! Legumes / beans: the chickpeas, kidney, pinto, red, and black beans have huge amounts of protein and fiber. The beans block the enzyme that carbs turn to sugar, preventing the blood sugar levels spiking, which leads to fat storage. The protein strengthens collagen and elastin, your skin to the tissue and healthy looking. I only eat 3 cups a week (canned are fine) to get all these amazing benefits.

Eggs: They have zinc, protein, amino acids, B vitamins, which are white blood cells, antibodies and disease build their objective. Only two eggs eliminate fat-soluble toxins. Ignore the yolk – it has all the nutrients – lutein, choline, vitamins A, D, E and B6. Try to buy ones that come from pastured chickens, or were enriched for double or triple amounts of omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin E and vitamin A supply.

Asparagus: the amazing has diuretic properties. Try to eight spears one day with 64 ounces of water one week to eat to toxins and excess fluids to flush out and reduce bloat.

Broccoli: It’s easy to find and cheap, and is chock full of vitamins A and C, calcium, potassium, folic acid and fiber.

Nuts and seeds: These are true super foods, and there are so many varieties to choose from: almonds, pecans, pistachios, walnuts, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, peanuts, and peanut butter. They contain omega 3 fatty acids, magnesium, potassium, vitamins B6 and E and soluble fiber. The help of the fiber stabilizes blood sugar and insulin fluctuations and prevent weight gain. I always wear my notes with me and eat them every day.

Healthy oils: olive, canola, and flaxseed. They contain good fats and are a great source of vitamin E, and are better for you than vegetable oils, which are difficult to digest and can lead to inflammation.

Chocolate: hormonal when I feel I am craving for sweets, especially chocolate. It turns out that chocolate is not only satisfied my sweet tooth but also “feeling good” endorphins in the brains caused. Try to choose brands that are 70 percent or higher cocoa content, as they have less sugar and more of the beneficial ingredients.
