A few handful of M &amp; M&#8217;s or a small bar of giggles will not destroy your program. In fact, the chocolate and many other snacks an important role in your weight loss / maintenance program play.</p>
<p>Eating  between meals not only your cravings for chocolate or other sweets to  satisfy, it also helps keep your metabolic level, which helps you burn  more calories throughout the day. Although an occasional piece of chocolate, when planning snacks fine, fruits and vegetables is best. The composition of this food &#8211; water, vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates &#8211; the body makes them harder to digest. <p>Yogurt:  It&#8217;s full of calcium (400 mg. Per cup), which is proven to help  burn  fat and weight loss, plus protein (8 grams per cup) promotion,  which  helps your body build muscle. One cup has as much potassium as a  banana. The potassium flushes sodium from that frees you from liquids  and bloat. It also contains lecithin, which promotes digestion. The   yogurt contains probiotics that strengthen the immune system and   friendly bacteria that break down toxins and help your body more   vitamins, minerals, and proteins absorb. Make  sure you read the labels  carefully and choose only those who live and  active cultures and no  added sugar or high fructose corn syrup have.</p>
<p>Berries: raspberries, blueberries, cranberries, blackberries, anything with the word &#8220;berry&#8221; at the end of it. They have tons of vitamins C and E, fiber and antioxidants. <p>Healthy oils: olive, canola, and flaxseed. They  contain good fats and are a great source of vitamin E, and are better  for you than vegetable oils, which are difficult to digest and can lead  to inflammation.</p>
<p>Chocolate: hormonal when I feel I am craving for sweets, especially chocolate. It turns out that chocolate is not only satisfied my sweet tooth but also &#8220;feeling good&#8221; endorphins in the brains caused. Try  to choose brands that are 70 percent or higher cocoa content, as they  have less sugar and more of the beneficial ingredients.</p>

<li>Why heat an empty house? Reduce the thermostat when your family during the day &#8211; try 65 degrees or so &#8211; and bring the heat in the evening traffic jam. If you lower the temperature when everyone toasty warm in bed, your account will continue to cut. A double setback thermostat allows the temperature according to your needs. It is worth the money.</li>
<li>The moist air retains heat, so investing in a humidifier (or modify  your existing heating system) and you could get your thermostat by  another 3 or 4 degrees decrease. It can store up to 12 percent on your heating bill!</li>
<li>A gas heater would have to be professionally cleaned and serviced at  least once a year to keep it operating at maximum efficiency. The oil-fired systems should be cleaned and maintained twice a year. Those of you who have the misfortune of a file furnace had to know I give good advice. The cleaner is better.</li>
<li>Close the dishwasher away from the dry cycle and allow dishes to order from the partially open door to air dry.</li>
<li>Just cooked a nice roast dinner? Leave the door open a crack (once you&#8217;ve turned off the oven, that is), and let the heat warms the room as the oven cools. Do not do this if you have young children &#8211; nothing is worth the potential burn.</li>
</ul>

<li>Keep radiators, registers, and clean tubes. Vacuum with brush attachment of the cloth, to stain for hard to reach using a telescoping duster. Make sure they are debris from obstructions such as furniture and curtains, clear and free.</li>
<li>Replace furnace filters frequently. A clean filter will distribute heat more efficiently. The filters of the control month, say the first of each month. <li>The heat can air conditioners, so storing escape from you if you can. If this is not possible, do your best to prepare the unit for the winter. Secure the handle with a bungee cord, making sure to avoid that corner flaps in the wind could tear.</li>

<li>This &#8220;small load&#8221; can save water places, but the washing machine goes through the same number of turns. Avoid washing small loads as you can.</li>
<li>Where possible, use cold or hot water for waskleren. Use cold water rinse.</li>
<li>Make lint filter on your clothes dryer every time you clean a load dry. The clothes will dry faster and more efficiently.</li>
<li>That little black dress is a hot number, but there is no reason to keep it warm. Keep cabinet doors closed.</li>

In other words, not only are you a victim of chemicals floating around in your head. You can find some very concrete steps to take reins of your life and your mood improve. It is extremely important to remember that our lives are not entirely pre-determined by our genes. For example, the environment you are exposed to influences whether certain genes are turned on or off. Your genes and behavior can also shutdown. So can your thoughts. You can do much more influence over your vote, then you may have thought. Here are the top ten of Happiness Strategies that have been scientifically documented to improve mood.</p>
<ul>
<li>Count your blessings and appreciate what you have. Every day, write down three things you are thankful for them or your partner or a close friend says. The people who actively focus on just what their lives will be happier people. Do  you think more this way, your brains will be more and more new nerve  pathways and the second recurring nature determine this positive way of  thinking will be.</li>
<li>The optimism of the practice. Expect positive results. Always try to get the best in people, situations and circumstances to see. You  do not Pollyanna, nor should you be unrealistic, but there are always  two good and bad points &#8211; - to a person, a situation or circumstance. Emphasis on the property. The optimistic thoughts are often self-fulfilling. When  people are optimistic and believe that something good will come of what  they work for, they will sooner endure when they hit roadblocks. Their resilience and persistence are what induce them to succeed.</li>

Oxytocin and vasopressin are &#8220;tend and befriend&#8221; chemicals that people drive more rigid social connections. People with strong, supportive social networks live a healthier, happier, longer lives.</li>
<li>Learn to manage stress. The  tension plays a central role in the triggering of depression because  the high cortisol levels linked to stress the capacity of the brains to  interrupt the feel-good chemicals serotonin, norepinephrine, and  dopamine to modulate.</li>
<li>Live in the present. Enjoy the moment. Stop being so much about everything you need to do tomorrow. Enjoy  the little things along the way like the way the grass smells when you  work in the morning leave or how comfortable it feels to sit down one  day and start relaxing. There are many areas where you can make a difference. The people are happier giving than receiving. In  a study published in Science in 2008, the researchers asked  participants to forty-six their luck in the morning to assess, gave each  of them some money, and pointed them at random when the money to  themselves or others to spend. <li>Finally, work exercise into your daily routine. I have saved this for last because this is the most tangible of the ten strategies for improving your luck. When you exercise, change the chemistry in your brains more important, but ultimately change the very structure of your brains. In  all the strategies I have just mentioned, the repetition is required so  that the strong and consistent signal to the brains to encourage the  synapses of nerve connections to strengthen existing and new and better  networks to build.</li>
</ul>
<p>So here&#8217;s the question: Is happiness important to your health? Absolutely! The happy people are physically healthier. The happy people live longer. The lucky people enjoy a better quality of life. There is one thing&#8217;s for sure: brains and body are inextricably linked. You can not set the body without the brains to focus, and vice versa. If you want to be happy and enjoy optimal health, you should treat both.</p>

I&#8217;ll never tell you, &#8220;eat a half cup of broccoli and three of our chicken.&#8221; What if you do not keep broccoli? Or what if you want more broccoli? How much you eat depends on many things, not least of which is currently how hungry you are. I think it is absurd to tell people how to eat. However, I also know what it is like to lose all sense of what a true portion is.</p>
<p>To  help you calculate for yourself how much you should eat, so you have a  guide to making you a little less or a little more of something or would  like, here are some approximate measure reasonable size for some common  food groups. Consider this as a general guide. Some days, you&#8217;ll probably want a little more than this. Other days, half of a section may be more than enough. It all depends on what your voice tells you food.</p>
<p>Cooked  vegetables: One portion of sauteed, steamed, boiled, or stir-fried  vegetables were a small salad or plate of cereal bowl fill. This is about a ½ cup to 1 cup. But to be perfectly honest, I never measured my vegetables. They are vegetables! A heap of them is a big investment.</p>
<p>Salad:  One portion of raw leafy greens or lettuce and raw vegetables should  fill a soup bowl or salad bowl or on a salad plate heaped. In general, some raw fruits about two to three times larger than a similar portion cooked vegetables. If you need to measure, part of about 1 to 2 cups of salad. The  clothing with light dressing, do not drown your salad, but who does not  have to measure your stuffing worry &#8211; that&#8217;s obsessive.</p>
