You Should Eat Fab Food

Fab Foods These are my must-have food. I eat them so much as I can every day. It helps that I love them, so it’s a treat, not a chore.

Yogurt: It’s full of calcium (400 mg. Per cup), which is proven to help burn fat and weight loss, plus protein (8 grams per cup) promotion, which helps your body build muscle. One cup has as much potassium as a banana. The potassium flushes sodium from that frees you from liquids and bloat. It also contains lecithin, which promotes digestion. The yogurt contains probiotics that strengthen the immune system and friendly bacteria that break down toxins and help your body more vitamins, minerals, and proteins absorb. Make sure you read the labels carefully and choose only those who live and active cultures and no added sugar or high fructose corn syrup have.

Berries: raspberries, blueberries, cranberries, blackberries, anything with the word “berry” at the end of it. They have tons of vitamins C and E, fiber and antioxidants. The fiber fills you up, curbs cravings, and helps eliminate toxins and fluids. Antioxidants give you glowing skin, shiny hair and strong nails. They improve memory and well brains function (for remembering names on that special occasion!).

Oats and whole grains: oatmeal, barley, oat bran, brown rice, rye, and quinoa are a perfect combo of fiber, protein and complex carbs. They are also rich in magnesium and potassium. The fiber keeps cravings at bay and send metabolism, so it will have a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast the morning peak you love. Sprinkle on cinnamon, which you reach for a sugary, mid-morning snack will keep.

Yoga improves mood, reduces inflammation and relieves chronic diseases

As it turns out, yoga is not easy for aging-hippies extend straight. At the end of the study, researchers evaluated from psychological state of both groups and found that subjects learned, practiced yoga, a greater decrease in anxiety and significant improvements in mood than those who left. “Over time, positive changes were in these reports with the climbing of GABA levels,” connected, said Streeter. The findings of the study show that yoga exercise is superior to other species in its positive effects on anxiety and overall mood.

4 Reasons Why Do People Become Vegetarians

Vegetables or meat? Most of us would flesh or both questions. But there is also a percentage of our only planet that people will prefer to eat vegetables and these people are vegetarians. Ginger

SINCE last hundreds of years, ginger has been known as a plant that is very rich in benefits, both as a spice or seasoning as well as medicinal herbs. Plants that have a scientific name Zingiber officinale Roscoe originally came from Asia Pacific, spread from India to China.

Not hard to find ginger because these plants are now widely used as a spice in cooking them, giving flavor various foods and beverages as well as ingredients in traditional medicines.

Especially as a drug, the efficacy of ginger has been known down through the generations of them as a reliever of headaches, coughs, colds. Ginger is also often used as a medicine to relieve digestive disorders, rheumatism, nausea and motion sickness medication, bloating, cholera, diarrhea, sore throat, diphtheria, neutralizing toxins, itchy insect bites, sprains, swelling, and bruising.

Various references also mention that ginger can prevent and treat some diseases such as burns, headaches, migraines, lower cholesterol, arthritis, gastric ulcer, antidepressant, to impotence. Even so, all of the properties of ginger are still not enough evidence, so need to be tested scientifically, too.

So far, the results of pharmacological tests show that ginger has some as anti-inflammatory activity. Laboratory tests showed that the extract of ginger in hot water inhibits the activity of cyclooxygenase lipoksigenase and thus reduce levels of prostaglandins and leukotriena (inflammatory mediators).

Research in China reported that hundreds of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and chronic back pain who were injected 50-10% ginger extract to obtain the effect of pain reduction, reduce swelling of joints. Giving a per oral ginger powder in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and musculoskeletal reported to reduce pain and swelling.
